We provide high-quality personal service! This means giving your home the attention that it deserves. But what exactly does that entail?

Before every owner or guest arrival, each home is inspected by three separate sets of eyes. This insures the highest quality of cleanliness and maintenance. During shoulder seasons or if the home is vacant more than a few days, we are there! We conduct a full walk through to make sure there are no issues and perform any touch-ups necessary.

Every guest is contacted after their visit and asked about the quality of their stay. We inquire about what they enjoyed as well as if they noticed anything that needed attention. We strive for 5 Star Reviews from every guest!

GENERATING REVENUE

Our goal is for you to get the most out of your vacation home from a financial standpoint. How do we accomplish that for you?

We do all the leg work necessary to get your property booked and increase your return on investment. This involves providing the guests from our extensive guests list and using various marketing avenues. We market your property on major vacation rental sites like TripAdvisor, HomeAway, and VRBO as well as on our own marketing sites, VisitBreckenridge.com and VisitSteamboat.com.

That’s right, no ridiculous fees! We don’t charge our owners credit card fees, Online Travel Agency fees, or annual linen fees. There are NO START UP FEES of any kind and we will even cover the cost of start up linens and towels, professional photography and all marketing materials as well as any minor maintenance charges.

STATEMENTS AND REPORTS

As a homeowner, it’s important for you to know how your property is performing at any given time. We make this quick and easy for you to access!

As an owner, you will have a personal login to access our systems. From there, you will be able to view the calendar, reserve your time, and view statements. Your monthly reports are also printed out and mailed to you along with owner proceeds. We will even handle monthly bill pay for things like television, utilities, and hot tub to really simplify things!

We are responsible for preparing, filing, and paying the collected sales and lodging tax for the property. You also receive an end-of-the-year accounting report for your tax preparer.
