Your House Manager and Property Manager work together to schedule regular repairs and maintenence for your home. It is an ongoing project throughout the high and low seasons to keep you home in top condition.

Repairs

The House Manager is always on the lookout for items that may need to replaired or replaced in your home. This ensures a positive experience for you and our guests. We don’t charge owners for any guest damages.

Guest Happiness

Your House Manager will communicate with the guests who rent your property before arrival and throughout their stay to ensure guest satification. This leads to better reviews and ultimately more bookings.

Arrival Inspections

Your House Manager will inspect your home with a fine toothed comb before every new guest arrives.  This way, small oversights are much less likely and quality control is maintained for every stay.

Steph loves to work with guests and is dedicated to ensuring every guest has a wonderful stay. Stephanie and Mark moved from Breckenridge to Steamboat with their kids 5 years ago and fell in love with the community.
